Carsten joined AKJ as a Risk Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Infra Hub COO in 2024.
Prior to AKJ, Carsten worked at FCG where he provided advisory services across the Nordics to regulated firms and tier-1 banks operating complex regulatory environments. Previously, he held positions with UBS Switzerland, serving as an analyst and a project manager.
Carsten holds an MA in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, where he was honored with the Edinburgh Merchant Company Prize for his dissertation.
