Katharina joined AKJ in 2022 as a recruiter in the HR department and was recently promoted to Head of People. She also serves as Interim Marketing Director in charge of managing all external markeing and PR relationships. Prior to AKJ, Katharina was an associate with a recruiting firm where she specialised in marketing, sales and client relationships. As an equestrian athlete Katharina has competed internationally, representing Norway.
Katharina holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University.
